NEWARK, N.J. Austin Rivers made the decision a year to attend Duke, a perennial power in college basketball.
Now that he has turned pro, Austin, the son of Boston Celtics head coach Doc Rivers, has signed on with one of pro basketball's most powerful agents, David Falk.
Falk, founder and C.E.O. of F.A.M.E., announced the signing of both Rivers and Ohio State All-American Jared Sullinger.
"I am both pleased and proud to welcome Austin and Jared to the FAME Family," Falk said in a statement. "These two young men come from outstanding families and outstanding college programs where they were taught not just to be great players but great people. They carry on a tradition of the best and the brightest at FAME that is now in its fifth decade."
