Zanon, Bergeron top shot-blocking lists

Blocked shots in the NHL have been a huge talking point this season -- and especially in the playoffs -- because of teams like the Rangers and the Capitals who have had great success laying their bodies in front of pucks.

In order to find the best of the best shot-blockers NHLnumbers.com looked up what they're calling the ESBS Ratio (the percentage of even-strength shot attempts blocked by an individual player) and came up with a list.

Among the leaders at their positions are two Bruins. Greg Zanon (ESBS of .1455) led the league, though he did much of his work while with the Minnesota Wild. Patrice Bergeron (.0622) is among the league leaders for forwards.
