BOSTON -- The Bruins put the finishing touches on their last practice at the friendly confines of TD Garden before heading out to the Canadian prairie for their final two preseason tilts against the Jets in Winnipeg and Saskatoon.

Young Swedish netminder Niklas Svedberg is expected to get the full game against the Jets on Thursday night, and it should be Tuukka Rask back between the pipes when the Bruins play their regular lineup vs. the Jets in Saskatoon on Friday night.

It should be noted that Carl Söderberg, Chris Kelly and Reilly Smith once again skated together as Boston’s third line in Wednesday’s practice after playing the last two exhibition games together in Detroit and at home vs. the Washington Capitals.

In addition the Bruins announced on Tuesday they’ll be leaving Boston for a couple of days of team-building exercises in Waterbury, VT, a program they’ve participated several times over the last seven years since Bruins GM Peter Chiarelli started running the hockey ops for the Black and Gold.

Here are the forward combos for the B’s at practice with Ryan Spooner and Jordan Caron skating as the extra forwards:
