Patrice Bergeron has been named a finalist for the Selke Award, which rewards the NHL's top defensive forward.
He won the award last year for the first time in his career. The other two finalists are Detroit's Pavel Datsyuk and Chicago's Jonathan Toews.
Bergeron led the Bruins with a plus-24 rating and had the second-best penalty kill time for a forward on the team with an average of 2:12 shorthanded minutes a game.
The center also led the entire NHL with a 62.1 faceoff win percentage.
