* Avs coach Patrick Roy says there is a place for statistics in the world of hockey, but that “it has its limits.”
* FOH (Friend of Haggs) Jason Brough from PHT raises some tough questions Glen Sather is facing after the mega-deal extension for Henrik Lundqvist.
* An interesting look at what some of the Toronto professional athletes think about Toronto mayor Rob Ford.
* Jesse Winchester is finally playing the way the Ottawa Senators had once hoped he would. Unfortunately he’s playing that way with the Florida Panthers.
* Pretty sure I linked this once before, but just in case I didn’t: Tuukka Rask talks to Esquire Magazine about his favorite Finnish metal bands.

* A Puck Daddy roundtable about sexism and hockey blogging featuring a couple female Bruins bloggers that talk about life on the beat. Interesting.
* For something completely different: At the risk of making everybody sick of Ron Burgundy, here is some uncensored footage from his cover photo shoot with Rolling Stone Magazine.
