Joe Haggerty collects his links from around the NHL world for your reading and viewing enjoyment.

*A host of the new Montreal Canadiens players are introduced with training camp just a couple of weeks away.

*The Boston Bruins and NESN will be airing a behind the scenes show starting next week, and the trailer is pretty intriguing.

*Daren Dreger talks Nazem Kadri and Cody Franson contract negotiations during a hit with TSN radio in Toronto.

*In yet another chapter in the never-ending Evander Kane soap opera, the Winnipeg Jets say that Kane forgot to pay some traffic fines. This might be a young NHL superstar thing: there was word around the hockey community in Boston that Tyler Seguin had the same forgetfulness problem when it came to paying bills.

*Minnesota Wild player Clayton Stoner offends some British Columbia conversation groups by hunting and beheading a beloved Grizzly Bear.

*Brian Burke will be taking over the Calgary Flames, but he won’t be the guy front and center of the operation. That will continue to be Jay Feaster pushing the buttons and pulling the levers.

*A nice New England Hockey Journal piece by Dan Guttenplan on Merrimack College hockey coach Mark Dennehy and the RIT hockey program as the faces of recruiting in New England college hockey.

*For something completely different: funny guy and impressionist Bill Hader addresses plenty of interesting topics in this piece about leaving Saturday Night Live.
