UPDATE: Bruins coach Claude Julien says that McQuaid is doubtful for tomorrow night's game against the Lightning.

WILMINGTON -- Adam McQuaid was the only Bruins player missing from practice on Sunday morning at Ristuccia Arena after suffering what appeared to be an upper right leg injury on his second shift of the game in Saturday night’s 3-1 win over the Maple Leafs. McQuaid never returned to action, and the Bruins were forced to play with five defensemen for the majority of the game.

Claude Julien is expected to give an update on McQuaid following Sunday's on-ice session.

The Bruins didn’t make any call-ups from the AHL for Sunday’s practice. Instead it’s expected that defenseman Matt Bartkowski will get back into the lineup after waiting patiently through the first month of the season. The 25-year-old Bartkowski has appeared in four games for the Bruins, and has an assist and a minus-1 rating. He last appeared in last weekend’s loss to the New York Islanders when Johnny Boychuk had to sit out with a cranky back.

Otherwise there were no changes for a Bruins team that’s now won two games in a row, and continued to see mounting evidence their game is turning around after defeating a motivated Maple Leafs crew. Here are the line combinations and the D-pairings based on Sunday’s practice:

Lucic-Krejci-Iginla
Marchand-Bergeron-Eriksson
Soderberg-Kelly-Smith
Paille-Campbell-Thornton

Chara-Boychuk
Seidenberg-Hamilton
Bartkowski-Krug

Rask
