Krug back on the ice for Bruins practice

WILMINGTON -- Claude Julien predicted that Torey Krug would be back on the ice on Wednesday morning for practice, and the Bruins coach’s premonition has come true. The 22-year-old was back on the Ristuccia Arena practice ice on Wednesday morning skate in his usual spot after dealing with a “minor body” issue. He didn’t look any worse for the wear after missing a couple of practice days.

Adam McQuaid was not back on the practice ice for the Black and Gold, however, after re-aggravating a groin injury that cost him eight games, and it appears that he’ll be out for the Thursday night game against the Montreal Canadiens at the Bell Centre. Otherwise it was full attendance on a practice day as the B’s prepare to travel to Montreal this afternoon for tomorrow’s morning skate and game against their Atlantic Division foe.
