TORONTO – For the first time in his Bruins career, Anton Khudobin will be getting two consecutive starts while usual starter Tuukka Rask will hit the pine while riding a two-game losing streak. Apparently Claude Julien has liked what he’s seen in March as Khudobin has won four of his starts this month and came up large while making 27 saves in a win over the Ottawa Senators on Thursday night.

Khudobin has a 1.92 goals against average and a .928 save percentage this season, and he’s truly beginning to push Rask as evidenced by the coaching staff calling his number in consecutive games.

It also appears that Ryan Spooner will be the player scratched if Rich Peverley is back in the lineup as Claude Julien indicated after Saturday’s morning skate at Air Canada Centre.

Here are the line combinations and defense pairings according to the pregame warm-up in Toronto:

Lucic-Krejci-Horton
Marchand-Bergeron-Seguin
Pandolfo-Peverley-Caron
Paille-Campbell-Thornton

Chara-Hamilton
Seidenberg-Bartkowski
Johnson-Ference
