Chris Kelly is expected to be in the starting lineup tonight against Carolina after missing a month of action with a broken tibia.

MONTREAL – It would appear the lineup for Saturday night’s game for first place in the Northeast Division with the Montreal Canadiens is going to be the exact same lineup as it was in Thursday’s shutout win over the New Jersey Devils.

Chris Kelly, Wade Redden and Anton Khudobin were among the last players off the ice for a well-attended optional morning skate at the Bell Centre. Andrew Ference was the only guy missing from the frozen sheet. Kelly confirmed after the skate that he won’t be returning to tonight’s lineup against the Habs and that also means that Tuukka Rask should be getting the start coming off a 40-save shutout effort against New Jersey.

It would appear that Redden, Aaron Johnson and Jordan Caron will be the healthy scratches for the Black and Gold.

Rask is 2-7-2 with a 2.90 goals against average and an .898 save percentage in 11 lifetime games against the Montreal Canadiens, and will need a big performance against the Bleu, Blanc and Rouge with first place on the line. There’s also plenty on the line personally for Rask as he’s been pushed hard by backup netminder Anton Khudobin over the last month’s worth of games.

Here are the line combos and D-pairings for the Bruins based on Saturday’s morning skate:

Lucic-Krejci-Horton
Marchand-Seguin-Jagr
Pandolfo-Peverley-Daugavins
Paille-Campbell-Thornton

Chara-Hamilton
Seidenberg-Ference
Bartkowski-Boychuk
