*Boston native, Habs legend Chris Nilan fighting the good fight against a worthy adversary for all the right reasons.

*San Jose Sharks GM Doug Wilson says that he was disappointed by the Los Angeles Kings’ reaction to the play that injured Tomas Hertl, and brings back a personal story with Gordie Howe.

*Teemu Selanne is having fun in his final NHL season with the Ducks, even if he isn’t playing up to his normal level.

*Martin Brodeur and Jaromir Jagr are among the New Jersey Devils that shared Christmas memories with Randy Miller.

*Tim Thomas moves off injured reserve and could be ready to go when the Christmas break comes to an end this weekend.
