*Great video from the New York Rangers of Marty St. Louis giving a quick postgame speech to his Blueshirts teammates after Sunday night’s playoff win over the Pittsburgh Penguins.

*Bruce Arthur said that the Watergate incident with the Bruins and Canadiens is much ado about P.K. Subban.

*PHT writer and FOH (Friend of Haggs) Joe Yerdon has Jaromir Jagr continuing to play hockey because “he wants to have fun.” So contrary to popular belief, it’s not just girls that just want to have fun.

*Arpon Basu has David Desharnais believing that the Canadiens top line is wearing down Zdeno Chara. I’m not seeing it with the 6-foot-9 defenseman only playing 25 minutes a night in these playoffs.

*Is Dion Phaneuf on his way out in Toronto? One has to wonder if this is linked to Randy Carlyle sticking around in the Big Smoke, and what his conditions were for a return to the Leafs.

*The evolution of a young American NHL goaltender in John Gibson from his very beginnings to his playoff appearances for the Anaheim Ducks.

*For something completely different: apparently requesting a trial by combat isn’t just something that happens on Game of Thrones. Hat tip to Jeff Israel (@jeffisrael25) for digging this up on twitter.
