Terry looking forward to rematch vs. Sixers

PHILADELPHIAJason Terry isn't going to be the fall guy tonight. There was plenty of blame pie to pass around after Boston's 95-94 overtime loss to Philadelphia.

But Terry understands all too well that his struggles shooting the ball were indeed part of the problem as the Celtics lost yet another game in which they played well enough for long stretches to win.

"We had the looks we wanted," said Terry, who had four points while missing 11 of his 12 shot attempts. "If I just made one (more) shot, that's the difference in the ball game."

While disappointed with the outcome, Terry was far from dejected; especially knowing that the Celtics would face the same Philadelphia squad on Saturday night in Boston.

"I've had shooting nights like this before," he said. "I always bounce back."

It is that kind of unflappable confidence that has allowed Terry to survive in the NBA for 14 seasons, someone who has seen the highs and lows that come with the game.

"The best thing about this is less than 24 hours I'll be right back facing the same team and I can almost guarantee they're not going to change the way they play," Terry said. "Hopefully it'll be a different outcome."

For that to happen, the Jet will surely need to knock down more shots than he did on Friday night, something he is confident - very confident - will happen.

"I can almost bet on myself - no, I will bet on myself," Terry said. (Saturday night), if I get those same looks they're going down."
