LAS VEGAS -- JaJuan Johnson, ETwaun Moore, and Sean Williams were absent from the Boston Celtics game on Thursday afternoon at Las Vegas Summer League amid talk of their involvement in a sign-and-trade with Courtney Lee and the Houston Rockets.
Both Moore and Williams exited the Thomas & Mack Center after speaking to head coach Doc Rivers prior to the Celtics game against the Sacramento Kings.
Following his conversations with the players, Doc Rivers addressed reporters but declined to comment on Lee.
"I can't talk or say anything, he said. I can't say anything. But you can talk to me about anything else."
In addition to Johnson, Moore, and Williams the deal would also include a second-round pick, CSNNE.com's A. Sherrod Blakely confirmed.
