Cody Ross has been activated from the disabled list and will play tonight against the Marlins, according to several reports.
Scott Podsednik, who injured his groin against the Cubs, is headed to the DL.
Ross had been on the 15-day DL with a broken navicular bone in his left foot. He completed a rehab stint with the PawSox in Buffalo this past weekend.
Ross will hit seventh in the order for the Sox tonight. Here's the rest of the lineup:
