Many Sox fans aren't looking forward to seeing John Lackey back on the mound, but according to Will Middlebrooks the veteran righty may be unrecognizable.
"You're not even going to recognize him," said Middlebrooks. "He's in the shape I've ever seen him in."
Lackey missed all of last season while recovering from Tommy John surgery.
