2. With new boss comes new manager.
3. Get rid of Beckett at any cost.
4. Find a real ace to lead pitching staff.

Buckley's list:
1. Empower Cherington; Lucchino runs business side only.
2. Remove Beckett and Lackey at any cost.
3. Put an end to the sellout streak facade.
4. Don't re-sign Ortiz.

Tanguay's list:
1. Release Beckett and Lackey.
2. Lucchino runs business side; Cherington runs baseball
3. Fire Bobby Valentine.
4. Put players on notice: go all out for playoffs.
