Red Sox manager John Farrell discussed the changing culture in the Red Sox clubhouse, but when asked about beer in the clubhouse -- something that, for better or worse, became a symbol for the team's dysfunctional atmosphere at the end of the 2011 season -- Farrell steered clear.
