The life of the current Red Sox prospects is even more pressure packed according to Lou Merloni and Steve Buckley.
Consider that the Red Sox are just a few months removed from blowing up their major league roster and are currently building a plan for the future that requires major contributions in the next year or two from a number of these top prospects.
"These guys are being expected to come in, make the big leagues and be the cornerstone and be the nucleus of another Red Sox dynasty," said Buckley.
