The John Lackey Redemption Tour will continue into the playoffs as the 34-year-old takes the hill against the Tampa Bay Rays.

The Baseball Show panel discussed how much pressure there is on John Lackey heading into Game 2 of the ALDS.

Sean McAdam believes there is room for concern with Lackey;s past performances against the Rays.

"The troubling thing is he has not pitched well against Tampa Bay this season or historically." said Red Sox Insider Sean McAdam, "Look at some of the numbers.  Escobar hits more than .500 against him over his career.  A number of guys have had some success against Lackey.  This is going to be a tough test."

Dan Shaughnessy believes the pressure is on the Rays, with Clay Buchholz on tap to start in game 3.

"If the Red Sox win this game, with Lackey vs. Price, you're going to Tampa Bay with a guy 12-1 coming at you now." said Shaughnessy,  "That's a chance for you to put a foot on their throat and sweep them.  There will be enormous pressure going home for Tampa if they don't win (Saturday)."
