Michael Felger on "Uno Sports Tonight," said the run that Red Sox closer Koji Uehara is on puts him at the top of Sox closers that he's ever seen.

"He's the best Red Sox closer I've seen in the 25 years I've been here," Felger said.

"His run right now is better than the best of Jonathan Papelbon's best run," Felger said. "It's as good as anything from Lee Smith, Jeff Reardon, go right down the line."

Gary Tanguay was incredulous at that statement. "Huh?" said Tanguay.

Felger stood by his statement. Granted, it's a smaller sample size than the others, he said, but Uehara's success lately -- 15 perfect outings in his past 17 overall, including his past six in a row -- puts him at the top of the list of Red Sox closers.
