Of the general managers in New England, which one is under the most pressure to make the right moves?

New England ain't the easiest place to be the general manager. The pressure to win now while simultaneously staying relevant year after year makes it near impossible to do your job well in the eyes of fans.

Local guys Peter Chiarelli, Bill Belichick, Danny Ainge and Ben Cherington are all under a certain amount of stress as we speak.

Chiarelli is facing the trade deadline, hoping to improve upon what should be a Stanley Cup contender. Belichick and the Pats are always in the mix, but he'll have to find players in free agency and the draft to stay in the mix for a title. The future of the Celtics depends on how Danny Ainge performs in the upcoming draft. And if the kids don't work out for the Red Sox this season, Cherington could be under fire.
