With the Patriots officially announcing the signing of defensive back Tavon Wilson, now's a good time to point to this weekend post by Mike Florio over at the PFT. Florio makes the point that, while negotiations this year should be cut and dried, a deal the Cleveland Browns made with the 21st overall pick in 2011, could make things a little complicated for this year's negotiations with the 21st overall pick...Chandler Jones of the Patriots.

Tim Hightower, who had his tires kicked by the Patriots, signed back in Washington on a one-year deal. It will be interesting to see how he plays relative to Joseph Addai in 2012.

Jets quarterbacks coach Matt Cavanaugh is raving about Tim Tebow.

Tampa kicker Conor Barth hasn't signed his franchise tender but indicated he's showing up for some of the Bucs offseason work.

Dorin Dickerson, who was with the Patriots practice squad last season, has signed in Buffalo.

Mohamed Sanu looked solid in Bengals minicamp work.
