Vollmer, Edelman, Hernandez active against ‘Fins

MIAMI GARDENS, FL -- Sebastian Vollmer is active for New England today, despite what looked like a painful pregame warmup.
The offensive tackle, who didn't practice Wednesday and was limited Thursday and Friday, was put through the paces by Patriots trainers before kickoff -- a sure sign his injured back andor knee made him a game-time decision. At one point, Vollmer grabbed his back, took his helmet off, and walked back to the locker room.
We'll see how much he plays.
Julian Edelman is a "go", as expected. The receiver suffered a concussion during last Thursday's Jets game, but didn't miss a practice session last week.
Tight end Aaron Hernandez (ankle) is active for the second time in five weeks.

Keep an eye on Jake Bequette, previously active for just two games this season. Opportunities may arise for the rookie defensive end considering the absences of Chandler Jones (ankle) and the suspended Jermaine Cunningham.
Visanthe Shiancoe appears to be a healthy scratch as he wasn't listed on this week's injury report.
