Jessica Moran has the headlines and highlights for Saturday, March 16th, including a number of Patriots comings and goings.
The Patriots made a couple of signings on the defensive side of the football, most notably is the agreement with free agent safety Adrian Wilson. The veteran brings a physical presence that's been lacking for New England and he figures to slide into the spot vacated by Patrick Chung. The terms of the deal are not yet known, but it's believed to be a three-year contract.
Kyle Arrington also agreed to a new contract with the Patriots, signing a four-year extension worth $16 million.
The Patriots also locked up Donald Jones to bolster their receiving corp.
It wasn't all good news for the Patriots as Danny Woodhead decided to head to the other coast, signing a two-year deal with the San Diego Chargers.
Finally, just when it looked like the Patriots might cut ties with Brandon Lloyd, there are now indications the two sides may re-structure Lloyd's contract and keep him in New England.
