Top of the Morning: Celtics torch Suns

Abby Chin has the headlines and highlights for Saturday, February 23, including a blowout win for the Celtics over the Suns.
On top of all the players that have been lost to injuries, the Celtics faced the Suns without Kevin Garnett, who got the night off after playing an increasing number of minutes over the last few weeks.
No problem.
In his place, Jeff Green stepped up and scored 31 points to lead the Celtics to a 113-88 win over Phoenix.
Newcomers Jordan Crawford and Terrence Williams also played key roles for the C's.
On the diamond, Mike Carp joined his new teammates at spring training on Friday, working out with the Red Sox for the first time since coming over from the Mariners.
Carp figures to battle for a bench spot and will be asked to play both first base and the outfield.
