It's pretty hard to describe or sum up the week that the city of Boston just went through, but the guys on Sports Sunday each say a few words about their thoughts after it all happened.
Tom E. Curran was heartened by the responders who answered the bell all week whether it was at the Boston Marathon or in Watertown.
Cedric Maxwell is still stunned that he was so close to the Marathon bombing ten minutes before they went off, and he too commends the courage of the people who were there and responded.
Steve Buckley takes "responding" to another level, saying how impressed he was of the city as a whole and the way they responded to the events all week and stood strong,
And Kevin Paul Dupont used the word perseverance to describe the people who could stay strong against horror.
And of course, sports played a big part in the healing process this week, whether it was during the Bruins games, Red Sox games, or Celtics game in New York City. The guys give their feelings on how those games went, including Buckley's take on David Ortiz's speech.
