Who is more indespensible to the Patriots, Wes Welker or Rob Gronkowski? That was the question Michael Felger posed to ex-Pats Troy Brown and Ty Law on "Patriots Postgame Live."
The decision was unanimous. If you had to choose between Gronk and Welker, if you could only have one on the field, Welker gets the nod.
Law: "He's more key than anybody else including Gronkowski because he can do so many things."

Felger: "Gronkowski's going to the Hall of Fame. He's a phenomenal player, but it puts Tom Brady in his rhythm when Wes Welker is on the field."
Brown: "You've got to have Welker. He's that security blanket. I know Gronk is a big target, great in the red zone for Tom Brady, but when it comes time to keep a drive alive, you have to look to Wes Welker."
