Nothing's perfect. That's life. But if we weren't suggesting fixes for things, then we'd be giving up. And we're not quitters.
With that never-say-die attitude established, here are a trio of situations that could use a hand. You tell us which is most in need of some fixin' and why. Got it?
* The Bruins defensive corps lost a key cog when Dennis Seidenberg went down injured earlier this season. Without him, the team has held up. But are they a Stanley Cup contender?
* The Olympics in Sochi are already a disaster and the games haven't even started yet. Stray dogs are being killed. Accommodations for athletes and media seem to be substandard, and the conditions for the events themselves seem to be dangerous.
* The Patriots front office has certainly made some draft picks in the past that they would like to have back -- not unlike most NFL teams. Could they use a fresh perspective? A new philosophy? What might help them pick someone like, say, Richard Sherman as opposed to Ras-I Dowling?
Which of these would you fix FIRST. And how would you do it? Let us know in the comment box below or on our Facebook page. Gary Tanguay will discuss these topics and more tonight on Early Edition at 6:30.
