The expectation is that things will change in the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings. But how much?

Gary Tanguay, for one, thinks we may have seen the last of the Rolling Rallies, those city-wide celebrations of championships in which duck boats carry the victors through streets lined with, literally, millions of fans.
