Cole only Patriot absent for second straight practice

FOXBORO -- Marquice Cole was, for the second consecutive day, the only Patriot not spotted at practice. The cornerback is still dealing with a finger injury.
Otherwise, the 20 players listed as "limited" on the participation report were all on hand, including tight end Rob Gronkowski. His status for Sunday's game is still unclear. Head coach Bill Belichick said at his morning press conference that Gronkowski is still a "medical decision" at this point and not a coaching one.

New England's final session of the regular season was held on the Gillette Stadium field on a chilly Friday afternoon. Players wore sweats and shells.
