Jerod Mayo breaks down some of the looks the New England defense may have as they battle Andrew Luck and Colts on Sunday afternoon.

One of the formations the Colts utilize from the Pittsburgh playbook involves a little 'rub' on the outside with two receivers. Don't call it a 'pick' because those are illegal and as Mayo points out, 'they never happen.' Sounds more like the first rule of Fight Club...

Mayo goes on to show that dealing with 'rubs' or 'picks' or whatever you want to call them is actually as simple as changing the level of your defense. Want to know what that means? Check out the video above for more details.
