University of Connecticut basketball coach Jim Calhoun retired Thursday after 26 years and 873 wins.
The 70-year-old Hall of Famer thanked everyone involved with his success during his press conference, telling them that he is "one of the luckiest people alive."
Calhoun has picked former assistant coach Kevin Ollie to be his replacement.
