ORCHARD PARK, New York - Corner Ras-I Dowling won't play Sunday against the Bills. The leg injury Dowling suffered against the Chargers will leave the Patriots even further strapped in their secondary with safety Patrick Chung down. Other inactives for the Patriots on Sunday are wide receiver Taylor Price, right tackle Sebastian Vollmer, tight end Aaron Hernandez, defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth and defensive lineman Mike Wright. Price (hamstring) still has been active for just one NFL game after being drafted in the third round last year. Meanwhile, Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson says the Bills plan to bring iton Sunday.
