SpookyWorld coming to Fenway this Halloween

BOSTON -- SpookyWorld, legendary for haunting in New England, is coming to historic Fenway Park for a 10-day haunted show from Friday, Oct. 28 through Sunday, Nov. 6, pending city approval.

As part of the 20th anniversary celebration, The Fear at Fenway presented by SpookyWorld will include concessions, games and three new haunted attractions including, 3D Freakout, Hancock Hill Cemetery and Brigham Manor, giving Halloween enthusiasts the opportunity to experience Fenway as they never have before.

This year we are taking everything to the next level and our second attraction at Fenway Park will be no exception, says Michael Accomando, co-owner of SpookyWorld. We couldnt ask for a better location and we are thrilled to bring together New Englands two favorite places to be in October.

Gates for the Fenway haunts are open from 5:30 to 10 p.m. during its 10-day run with attractions closing at 11 p.m. Tickets go on sale today, with general admission tickets available for 45 and a VIP ticket for 69 that allows guests to fast track through lines.

Tickets for a lights-on weekend show featuring family-friendly characters, created especially for the childrens day matinee, are also available for 19. The show will run on October 29 and 30 and November 5 and 6 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Balloons and treat-bags will be handed out during these day-time shows and children are encouraged to come in costume.

SpookyWorlds flagship location, located in Litchfield, N.H., will open Friday, September 30 with six haunted attractions, zombie paintball, go-kart racing, mini-golf and more.
