FOXBORO -- Tom Brady spoke to the media following Fridays practice atGillette Stadium, and described the shortened camp as being quite a bitdifferent than normal years.

It would be a tough year to be a young player, to come inand learn what theyre doing, said Brady. But theyre trying the best theycan. Were making plenty of mistakes, but were trying to get them corrected,so we can move onto other things.

With the shortened schedule because of the lockout, Bradysaid the team needs to put in extra work to get caught up.

The learning curve has to just be so fast, said Brady. You cant come out here and have a bad practice, because look, you dont havemany of them. Were not on the field for two-and-a-half, three hours. It goesfast out there.

Today we did a little bit more. Finally were getting intothe goal line. In the spring time, in a normal year next year, our whole goalline package will be installed. And just now, guys are getting into it for thefirst time.

One player seeing it for the first time is rookie offensivelineman Nate Solder, who practiced for the second time with the team on Friday.

I mean, he just got out there yesterday, so, likeeverybody, hes trying to figure out whats going on, said Brady. Hes tryingto figure out all the terms, and this is nothing like what hes done before.

Weve all got to get through these practices and learn fromour mistakes. Its tough for those rookies. I wouldnt want to be a rookie thisyear.
