Belichick: Haynesworth ‘not quite ready' to practice

However, he didn't completely confirm the reason why Haynesworth was once again missing from practice.

Hes not quite ready to practice yet," said Belichick.

The Patriots' coach was then asked if Haynesworth's absence was injury related, to which Belichick responded, "When hes ready, hell be out there.

Belichick did acknowledge that Haynesworth was in fact eligible to participate in practice, and was not being held back because of a new league rule.

When asked if Haynesworth had passed his conditioning tests, Belichick said, There are things that we still need to do with Albert, forhim to be able to get on the practice field. When those things are done, hellbe out there.
