According to an ESPN report, the process to end the NFL lockout will begin on Monday.

Player representatives are flying in for a meeting between the NFLPA executive committee on Monday where it is believed they will vote on and pass the new CBA.

Both sides have reached an agreement on the lingering issues of the CBA, and the vote is believed to be a "formality," according to the report.

From Pro Football Talk:

While its not official, some teams could potentially report to their team facilities Wednesday. The two sides would hope to have enough players officially vote to open free agency and training camp next Saturday. These dates remain subject to tweaking, but the report of an agreement apparently does not.Either this is one of the biggest gaffes in sports journalism history or this thing is really going down Monday.
