All together now . . . "awwwwww".

Poor Adam Jones. Those bully Red Sox keep picking on him and the Orioles, and well, he's had just about enough!

"Sick and tired of . . . just sick and tired of it," Jones told reporters after the Orioles' 4-0 loss Wednesday night. They're a very good team, of course they're a very good team. But they can lose, they can be beaten."

He then decided it would be better if he just stopped talking.

It seems to be the same story every year with the Orioles. They come out strong only to fade fast, and then the Red Sox, Yankees, and Rays snap out of it and start beating up on them.

That's what happened this season, when the Sox lost the first two games against the O's and then proceeded to win eight of the next nine.

The O's didn't lose to the Sox on May 17 though -- that game was postponed.

It'll be made up the next time the two teams meet, on Sept. 19, when the O's start to play seven of their final 10 games against the Sox.

Sorry, Adam.
