He was asked if he knew where the series was going, after theBruins blew a 3-0 lead to the Tampa Bay Lightning and lost Game 4, 5-3.

He ended up making a prediction.

Yeah, were gonna win, said the Bruins goaltender afterSaturdays Game 4 loss. I dont know how its going to be at any one point intime or any one game, but whats important is we come back in Game 5 and winthat game.

As the Bruins tried to convince everyone, on Sunday, thattheyve mentally moved on from that Game 4 loss, Thomas prediction came up.Some heard it. Some didnt. But both parties felt the same way: you have tobelieve.

I havent heard that, so . . . thats great he believes init, Mark Recchi said. Youve got to believe in the dressing room, and youvegot to believe youre going to win the series.

Thats Timmy, said Milan Lucic. Hes confident. Hes aconfident goaltender. Hes been our MVP since day one here. Hes been our bestplayer. Hes been our best player in the playoffs thus far. Being thegoaltender, he has a lot of control of what happens. And as a player, and ashis teammate, you want to do whatever you can to prove him right.
