The work ethic that's helped Tom Brady go from the 199th pick in the 2000 draft to Hall of Fame quarterback still burns. In Brazil this week for his wife Gisele Bundchen's appearance at Rio's Carnival, Brady eschewed the opportunity to ride on a float with his wife, preferring instead to work outhis surgically repaired right footwhile watching the parade. (Remix courtesy El Pres at Barstool Sports . . . Viva!)Brady, who had surgery six weeks ago to repair a chronic stress fracture of the navicular bone in his right foot, likely realized that pushing to work out so soon after the surgery would be frowned on here in the States. Jetting off to South America proved the only solution for Brady who - as you can see in the video - is working on balance and weight distribution. The slow raising of his arms will help the quarterback maintain toning and strength and also assist in maintaining his fluidity. Brady appears to be well ahead of schedule in his rehab.
